We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, unless you receive an incorrect or faulty order.

Why we don’t offer refunds

Unless you have received an incorrect or faulty order, we don’t offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Please check the size guides before ordering and make sure your address is entered correctly before ordering to avoid disappointment!

If you have received an incorrect or faulty order, please get in touch with us at life2ontour@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to arrange a refund or exchange for you.

The reason we don’t offer refunds is because, unlike the likes of Amazon and the other big companies, we don’t have a massive warehouse with thousands of units of stock ready and waiting to be shipped out to you. We’re nomads, living life on the road - so the way we offer merch to our supporters is through a print-on-demand service.

Print-on-demand means that the product you order gets manufactured the moment you order it. For us, this means we don’t need complicated fulfilment processes or expensive warehouses to store stock in. It also means that there’s very little waste in the process too - again, another thing we do differently to the big companies!

Because we work on a print-on-demand basis, we pay for each item that’s produced for our customers. If we were to offer refunds and exchanges ‘just because’, we’d be footing the bill every time.

Before you place your order

Please make sure you’re 100% certain about your order before placing it. If you order incorrectly, we can’t offer a refund or exchange for the reasons above. Please double check size guides, quantities, colours and your shipping address before placing your order.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If for any reason there is something wrong with your order (a manufacturing fault, wrong product delivered, etc), please do get in touch with us at life2ontour@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. Please send photos of your order and your order number with your email. You must get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is anything wrong with your order.
